I really love my weekends because it's when I get the chance to eat spaguetti! My favorite food! I really like to experiment with it and now that my mom is here, I want to show off so that she doesn't think that I eat poorly or always the same.
Last weekend I tried something new and it was so good! So, why not share it?

Ingredientes- Ingredients:

* Salmón - Pink salmon
* Espaguetis - Spaguetti
* Espárragos - Asparagus
* Ajo - Garlic
* Limón - Lemon
* Sal - Salt
* Pimienta - Pepper
* Cayena - Cayenne
* Aceite de Olive - Olive Oil

Paso a paso - Step by step

With the oven at 250ºC to preheat it, we start with the salmon cut in individual pieces. We need aluminum foil cut in squares that can cover well every piece. With the salmon on the foil we start with a bit of salt and pepper. Then the asparagus and the garlic, cut very small to spread an homogenous taste. Before we wrap it up we add a spoon of olive oil and a bit of lemon juice.

Once every piece is ready with all the ingredients, and well wrapped up, we can put it in the oven during 20-25min at 250ºC.
While we wait we prepare the spaguetti in the usual way: water heating with salt (no oil!) and we put the pasta when the water is really boiling, not before!
At a elevated heat and maintaining the boiling, in 10-13 minutes it will be ready (depending on whether you like them al dente or really cooked).
Before you plate it, I recommend stir frying the spaguetti with another garlic clove cut into very small pieces, olive oil and one or two cayenne crushed and well mixed, they are really spicy so be careful if you're not that into it! This way everything will be more tasty.

Hope you like it!
